This book saved me from the fast track to diabetes 19 years ago
Dr. Atkins also saved me from the lies my generation grew up on which led to hypoglycemia & hyperinsulinism. Too bad they don’t teach kids in school the truth about the anti-nutrient sugar, refined carbohydrates, healthy fats & healthy carbohydrates. So thankful this book is on audio so I can listen to over & over. Dr. Atkins was a great truth-speaker on diet & vita-nutrient therapy

Diet on audiobook
As a diabetic, this is a good diet for me. I think that audio is a good way to take in a diet book. Just sit and listen, easier even when you don't really want to.

Good diet book
The pounds just melt off. But if you don't stay on the diet they do come back. The diet is hard to do. It's based mostly on fats and protein. In two months it's reasonable to expect twenty pounds. Alot of it is water weight. I would recommend it for people trying to get back in shape. But only for about three months at a time.
