Disturbing history

The story is not super easy to follow at first. The entire book is written, I believe, to give an idea of the grammatical nuances used in the region at the time. The narration is AWFUL.
The historical information is heavy and over powering. It is disturbing that it took place at all. Unfortunately, this is an example of the deplorable depraved nature of humanity. If you make it to the end you be gratified with a touch of redemption.

Audiobook narrated by virtual voice.

. It put me off at first but I started listening. I have certainly heard worse narrations by humans to the point I couldn’t listen to the rest of the book. However the virtual voice actually does a good job once you get past that it’s not human. I would buy another audiobook with virtual voice.
