Positive thoughts
The best one if the lot so far. Nicely paced and very much at the heart of the matter. One of the mantras i will practice every day.

A good meditation taster
This series is great for those who want a brief overview of several different meditation methods. Each meditation is no longer than ten minutes long, so they can be scheduled more easily than a series of guided meditations of varying length. I especially liked that the last seven meditations focused on opening and aligning the chakras in very practical ways.

A Not Quite Positive Thought
I really like these 10 minute meditation programs and how accessible they are on Audible, but I just did not find this one very relaxing.
I love concept of this day's meditation ("positive thoughts") but I personally found the repeated mantra "I'm doing the best that I can" not very positive (like, I could be doing the best that I can and still be having a crummy time) or almost excuse-like. I would have preferred something along the lines of "I'm doing wonderfully" or "I'm doing awesome", which have a lot more positive oomph. I'll definitely be taking the idea of meditation with positive thoughts and use it on my own, but I won't be listening to this specific episode again.
As with all the other meditation days, the format and episode itself is great, I just found the mantra in this one personally irksome.
