This set is the perfect introduction to meditation
I loved everything about this set of meditations. Ceasar's voice is soothing, and his instructions are clear and easy to follow. The step-by-step progression of the set makes learning about meditation and starting a meditative practice super simple. It felt manageable, so it was easy to complete one each day for 20 days.

Such a beautiful experience
It is such a beautiful experience to enter these meditations. The person who guides me has a voice that just gives me a boost of energy, soft yet strong. Often, these types of guided meditations are guided in a very calm almost dreary voice that relaxes you, but also can make you depressed. Not this one! I love it! Thank you so much! Please, make more series of this kind!
