Don’t believe it when people tell you that routines stifle creativity and imagination. Routines actually free up your mind so you can be more creative. Do a certain set of good habits often enough and you can do them without even thinking, which leaves you with more mental faculties to devote on other important things. You need to remove the stigma of routines from your mind and replace them with positive thoughts because you will learn how you can change your life for the better by incorporating new routines and habits into it. If you are ready to change your life, you need to open up your mind, let go of your inhibitions, and prepare yourself for all the changes that you will be experiencing from now on.
