Relatable and Reassuring.

I found myself nodding along to much of what was said. It's reassuring to know I'm not alone in struggling with overthinking, and this book offers real solutions. The narrator did a great job!

Well-Narrated and Engaging.

The narration is excellent and keeps you engaged throughout the entire audiobook. It's a pleasure to listen to. I loved it and I seriously hope it helps with my awful overthinking. I would recommend and I will definitely listen again. Lots of helpful tips to get your overthinking in check!
