I enjoyed this audiobook before bed and I had a restful nights sleep. I learned that my sleep is important to function better the next day. My favorite affirmation is God has blessed me more than others. I now say this affirmation even throughout my day. I try to listen to this audiobook most nights before bed. These are a few other affirmations I learned: I am only given struggles that I can handle, I never lose hope and my faith gives me peace. If you have trouble sleeping because your thoughts are racing and your mind is working overtime buy this book for a peaceful nights rest. You won't regret it.

This audiobook brings peace to my mind with a calm voice with relaxing background music. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook at night, it helped me to relax and be ready for sleep. This audiobook also reminds me of God and that he loves us, so we can rely on him and have hopes. A very heartwarming audiobook! Highly recommend it to all!

I loved the “Christian Affirmations for Sleep”. I was awake the first time while awake and second time I listened while asleep. I do really love this audiobook!

I would recommend this to anyone who needs to sleep better, or if need the help of the Lord.

I would also recommend if you have trouble with insomnia. Or maybe if you are fearful and have anxiety this audiobook will help you.

I loved every minute of the book!

The subconscious mind is still active when sleeping which is why when watching a scary movie before bed you get scared and the feeling of anxiety in your dreams. I liked how the author encouraged me that I have control over my life with the protection of the divine. These affirmations will help you remember that you have the peace that surpasses all understanding, and that God will keep in perfect peace the one whose mind stays on him as it is mentioned in Isaiah 26:3. A well written book.

The calmness, that I feel from
listening to this while I am awake is amazing. I’m so glad to feel at peace when I am sleeping and my unconscious, is listening to it as I drift off to sleep. It is a must listen. I listen to the other things that wasn’t particularly for Christian followers, and theirs was cool, but this one is amazing.

This book is a great listen while winding down for bed. It has an emphasis on Christianity so if that’s not your cup of tea you may want to find something else. However, if that’s what you’re looking for then this is a great option!
