I absolutely loved Checked! Retired hockey player, struggling single mom, precocious children and chemistry out the wazoo - it all adds up to a fantastic book! I loved listening to it from the first page to the last and had a hard time putting it down! Not only do I highly recommend Checked but also the first two books in the series: Benched and Played.

Heartwarming, emotional and beautiful romance. Milo and Maisy are just too cute together. They have many obstacles to overcome but their destination was perfection. I enjoyed this story.

Basically a single mom story and a guy who used to play hockey. If you are looking for romance based on that story line then this might be for you. I feel like the story didn’t develop as well as other books busy since I bought I I listened. Not bad.
