The process of affective referrals…
I have most recently experienced a mentee that utilized the power of this books process. I was not even aware of my own shortcomings in the referral process, but my coach leveraged this book, over a nine month process. You totally transform the way I do business. After reading the book I now understand the why behind the what. The relational, strategic, and purposeful way I have learned to develop relationships can be seen in this book.
