This is a helpful overview to review what the CDL manual teaches. The manual is absolutely far more in depth, but this helped me retain.

Narrator is AI. Not obvious all the time, but a handful of moments give it away, so that’s a bummer that a real person wasn’t paid to record this.

The voice that is reading is computer generated and makes it very hard to want to listen to. The book also covers topics like hazardous materials and the school bus license which do not apply to me. It touches on a very small amount of the material and does not dive very deep. I would recommend another book over this one. There is too much fluff such as the study techniques which I do not care about. I want the nitty griddy which this book is far from. More of a waste of time.
