This book was well written in a sense that it seems as if your friend is talking to you and is telling you it’s going to be alright no matter what stage of motherhood you’re in.

Real and relatable

Simply written so that even those unfamiliar with meditation and mindfulness can follow and apply her advice. As a mom, this book was a wonderful read. I will refer to it going forward for the ideas on how to incorporate mindfulness in my busy everyday life. Highly recommend.

I feel this book is great for a busy mom with toddlers, not for a mom with teens.
