I came across this book and wanted to give it a try. She loves to listen to audios and this was a plus.
The author really took her time and invested in some research to put together such a book,

Really well done book on the important and ever prevalent problem of burnout. The section on perfectionism really resonates with me and made me realize how much I struggle with perfectionism and imposter syndrome. I really appreciated the practical tips on how to address and reverse burnout and maintain more balance. Recommend!

I love that this book pushes and encourages us to take action instead of listing out what to do, as most books do.
I felt like the author really understood me and the position I'm in and talked to me like a mentor would to her student.
