She’s looking to save Christmas Town from being sold off in pieces. He’s a billionaire looking for a place he can belong.
Billionaire in Christmas Town is a sweet and clean romantic comedy.
Belle: My roots run deep in Christmas Town, and there isn’t any place I’d rather be. When you live here, you’re family. Even a devastating heartbreak hasn’t stopped me from hoping for a family of my own someday. When a mysterious stranger inherits the keys to our kingdom, it threatens to take the jingle out of our bells. Christian is mysterious, charming, and I want to show him the spirit our town has to offer. But it will take a Christmas miracle to convince him that our town is worth saving.
Christian: I’ve never felt I truly fit in, and losing my parents’ trust almost cost me my future. Now, I only have one chance to prove I’m worthy of a position in their billion-dollar company. All I have to do is sell the town my grandmother loved. But when a beautiful woman shows me a little Christmas magic, making me fall in love with her and Christmas Town, I fight against being a Grinch. Belle is sweet, smart, and she feels like home. But can I be the man she believes I am?
As always, this book comes with a promise of a hopeful happily ever after, no cheating, no cliff-hangers, and a whole lot of cheer. Will Christmas town be saved? Find out today!

The insta-love and two kisses didn’t sell the romance. The narration for Christian was emotionless and for Belle was too sugarplum fairy high-pitched for me.
It would have helped if there was more detail to paint a more colorful picture in my mind. For example, a big chunk of the plot concerns Belle’s love of baking and a certain secret cookie recipe. When the recipe is found, and the cookies baked, we are told they are the best ever, but aren’t given a single description of what they look like or, more importantly, taste like. Are they ooey-gooey chocolate bars? Light, puffy peppermint merengues? Sugar cookies dusted with old fashioned sugar flakes?
Come to think of it, maybe I missed it, but was there any description of what Christian and Belle looked like? Or what anyone looked like? This did deliver a holiday novella with actual Christmas events, but it didn’t fill me with that Christmas spirit that I crave for cozy Christmas capers.
🌲For cozy Christmas novella with a dog and feel-good romance, I recommend The Christmas Pawdcast.
🌲For less cozy and more naughty-but-still-nice rom-com with cats, try Christmas Angel by Mink.
Flat and lacking detail
