Acerca de esta escucha
Exhausted from thinking, from the noise, from all the packing, the drive, and then unpacking. At this point, I was just exhausted with the world and the people in it! I’m over California and him. Okay, let me rewind a bit, so keep up, because this may dizzy you from all that took place in my life in a short period. Hindsight will show me later that I should have pressed for a diamond because that pearl wasn’t sufficient enough for what I was about to embark upon! Honey baby child. Strap in and pay attention, it will shock you because it stung the hell out of me.
Three years earlier - I had just moved back to California from Oklahoma. My girlfriend from California and I decided to go house hunting, well not exactly house hunting because that’s not really my thing and I’m still tired from moving. So, she had three houses lined up for me to look at and maybe decide on. The first two we looked at were marginally okay if I had to make a quick decision. Then there was the third open house which caught my eye not only for the looks of it but for the look of the people in the room, especially him. As I continued to walk around and admire the different areas in the house. I was more and more pleased with what I was seeing or of that who was looking back at me and he was spicy! There has always been something about me and foreign men. And it’s a mutual attraction for sure. But then there she was, Lyndia, my girlfriend, having a smoke with him. I didn’t understand, he was what we call back in the day, high yella or caramel, and she was into the dark chocolate baldheaded men. Maybe my foreign attraction has run its course. I’m Ms. Schonda Tulsy-Cabrera. This is my story. My life. And I'm living it, Unapologetically!
