Osho responds to questions and speaks about psychological concepts as presented by Freud, Jung, Adler and Assagioli and others, comparing their theories with the Eastern practice of meditation. While psychologist and physicians approach the body and the mind separately as illness, Osho exams the wider human condition and the underlying issue which he calls a "spiritual illness". He points out that every individual longs for freedom and is surrounded by restrictive systems that deny this fundamental right. Self-realization is according to Osho to be free in an unfree society, and to be happy in a miserable world.

Osho makes it clear that a great deal of things that men follow are simply politics: Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Communism, Capitalism: he said that all these religions and political movements require everyone working together, that essentially it's not personal. Communism for example he said you will march and protest but after it's all said and done will you have achieved spiritual liberation? The point is that true religion according to Osho is a deeply personal thing that is not shared, you cannot take someone with you and you can only realize your own self through your own efforts. Imitating Osho will get you nowhere, imitating Buddha, Jesus, Muhammad; there are all dead ends. When Jesus was on the earth the society resisted him, when he died they built places of worship. True religion is a personal walk on a path where time is a non-issue and it can only be done alone. You have to take the leap and seek realization on your own and stop worrying about the world around you.

This one was all about personal liberation which is a solitary path.
