The missing piece

Love this book!!
I couldn’t stop listening to this book! You can totally hear Rachel’s passion for this subject and her genuine desire for everyone to be successful. She doesn’t promise quick fixes, but lays out the math and science, answering the whys of how counting macros works. I love her delivery, puns, and quips. Highly recommend this audiobook!

Absolutely loved this audiobook!
I first purchased this book after hearing Rachel being interviewed by Tracy Litt. I have been drawn to health and fitness books, but rarely follow through. I loved the book and reached out to Rachel. She is so easy to work with. She makes you feel like a long lost friend. When the audiobook came out I snagged it and it was even better than I could imagine!!! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to better themselves once and for all!!
