A quanto pare i familiari e gli amici di Emmanuel hanno deciso di spianare la strada a Gianni: sottopongono il ragazzo a una specie di processo per l'incidente capitato al piccolo Martino, del quale lui è il primo a sentirsi responsabile.
Sdegnato per l'incomprensione da cui è circondato, Emmanuel reagisce com'è ovvio: è ormai pronto a buttarsi fra le braccia dell'unica persona da cui si sente amato incondizionatamente: Gianni.
