Acerca de esta escucha
As we will see, trauma changes a person's personality. It's characterized by:
* A loss of capacity to use community support.
* Chronic recurrent depression with feelings of despair.
* Emotional anesthesia or blocked ability to react affectively.
* Alexithymia, or inability to recognize and make use of emotional reactions.
The list of secondary reactions to psychological trauma includes emotional construction, sensational-seeking reenactment, and drug and alcohol abuse. This affects children and adults alike, and if not dealt with, our children will carry these traumas and behaviors into adulthood. Go with me as we look deeper into the health and healing dealing with trauma and addiction. P.T. 2 Trauma is being talked about more these days. Because of emotions, feelings, and behaviors that are growing in society, it is becoming popular to blame instead of taking responsibility for one's actions. Unfortunately, there aren't enough therapists to take on and tackle these issues. Listening and applying these tools and methods will help to recognize the problems, work on the issues, and heal from the application, which is my desire.
Anxiety can trigger depression and other behavioral physical and mental health issues. It is especially hard if you are dealing with other personal, work, relationship, or family-related issues. It is okay to ask for help.
