Acerca de esta escucha
Welcome back to ‘Songs of the Skies’, our series celebrating the intersection of music and conservation! Today I am joined by Joy Becker and Darren Gallacher to discuss their piece, 'Hope is the Thing with Feathers'.
Sharing its name with the Emily Dickinson Poem, this performance told the stories of birds in a really exciting, emotive, and hopeful way that left the audience in awe. We are going to explore where the inspiration for this piece came from, why telling this story was so important to them and how you even begin to curate and inspire something as important as hope!
