 Tour of Melbourne! Probably should’ve done that first! will be the tour guide’s LAST one for a while as he’s off to Chengdu to study Chinese!-Library-Gaol (death of Ned Kelly)-888 movement - 8 hours work, 8 rest, 8 relax-RMIT brain goo-Old houses-Australian influencer pays 30 million for a condo atop a building, brings up his McLaren (forget his name)-Carlton Gardens (right by Melbourne Museum)-Parliament and theatre-Chinatown-graffiti lane(s)-The Block-back lanes-Under the clocks at Flinders Street-Riding the free tram service within the city limits
Another tour scheduled for 3pm but the guy didn’t show up.
Stopped for Chinese food… not very good but was able to pay by WeChat.
Did another little walkaround. Koko Chocolate vs Haigh’s = take Haigh’s.
Found AC/DC lane, but I don’t know the significance of it. Guess there were a few live bars around there, too.
Back to the hostel, tarot reading… but the girl was playing beer pong by the time I got there. Oh well.
Booked in for the Great Ocean road tomorrow, but with a group of 50 so it’s cheaper. Taobao offers different prices based on how many people are going. We’ll see how good it is.
Now SLV podcast recorded just yet, when would I have to edit it? Will try to get at least one done this weekend.
