 For more than thirty years, I’ve longed to tell the story of my chaotic life, and above all, my personal encounter with the one who would become my «Divine Father», his Son, Jesus Christ, the Redeemer.
And what was only a vague, imprecise wish, with no real form, as time went by, turned into an imperative and unavoidable decision: thus was born this book, which relates the spiritual journey of an ordinary woman.
In the first part of my life, I found myself faced with a God who seemed to me "implacable, possessive, unapproachable", in this case the God of the Old Testament, supreme Creator, sole Judge, absolute Master of mercy, which He grants or withdraws as He pleases, for the glory of His sovereign power over His creatures.
In the second part of my life, inhabited by an exacerbated spirit of research, I was guided by Him in the discovery of absolute faith in the God of Love of the New Testament, by stripping myself of the old man (through the Adamic fall), who died with Christ on the Cross, to be reborn and discover my identity in Christ!

The author was born in Strasbourg, within a Protestant family.
Now retired, 72 years old, following a career as a manager and an accountant. In 1985, she continued two years of study at the Faculty of Letters from Strasbourg. From 2002 to 2003, before her departure from Alsace to Le Lot & Garonne she took courses «Formo.p.r.e.» (Permanent training of the Church of the Church).
She continues her training in Lot & Garonne, within the United Protestant Church of France, which gives her the knowledge to assume responsibility as a "lay preacher".
For 17 years, she has lived in this country that God has promised her, the one where milk and honey flow. The composed family has 5 children and 8 grandchildren.
