Hey y’all—welcome back to The Doctor Coach School™ Podcast.

🎧 This is Part 2 of my previous episode “How to 10x Your Results in Your Life and Business.”
If you haven’t listened to Part 1 yet, go do that first. It lays the foundation for what I unpack here.

In today's episode, I’m showing you what it actually looks like to 10x your results without burning out.

This isn’t a strategy hack. It’s not about working harder, stacking offers, or learning “better time management.”

It’s about building your life and business from beliefnot effort.

One belief changed everything for me:
👉🏾 I can do hard things.

Because of that belief, I now work 10 hours a week, homeschool my daughter, lead a million-dollar company, and have never felt more anchored in rest and vision.

Inside this episode, I break down:

  • The truth about burnout: it’s not just about boundaries—it’s about belief
  • The real difference between thinking something and believing it in your body
  • Why slowing down doesn’t mean stepping back—it means moving forward with purpose
  • How scripture affirms that belief is what builds your life (Proverbs 23:7)
  • The invitation to stop resisting your season and start rebuilding from rest

This is one of the most vulnerable, truth-telling episodes I’ve recorded.

And it’s the key to sustainable, God-aligned success in your coaching business.
