Episode Description:
In this episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I’m digging into one of the most important pieces of the YLF Framework… setting up your daily and weekly goals in a way that actually supports your confidence and momentum.
Instead of trying to stretch yourself thin with every goal you set, I want you to consider this… what if you set goals that you expect to exceed? What if your actions each day were comfortably within your capabilities, and you built momentum through consistency rather than intensity?
This episode is short, but it focuses on a foundational part of what makes the inside/out process work. You don’t need to step outside of your comfort zone to make progress. You need to build confidence in showing up. And when you start building goals that are realistic and repeatable, you create long-term sustainability.
As your comfort level grows, your goals will naturally evolve. But the process of trusting yourself, following through, and reinforcing your ability to execute… that stays the same. This is how we build a lifestyle, not just chase outcomes.
Let me know what your minimum daily actions are and how you're setting up your week. I’d love to hear from you. Email me anytime at daryl@yourlevelfitness.com.
