During the week of June 7 through June 13, 2025, Tulsa Police investigated several notable incidents across the city.

In the area of 31st Street and Sheridan on Wednesday night, officers arrested three men following a stolen car investigation. Rickey Roden was located inside the vehicle and taken into custody on charges related to larceny of a motor vehicle. Two other occupants, identified as Isaac Embry and Thomas Amendolara, were arrested after allegedly providing false identities; Amendolara was charged with obstruction, and Embry faces both obstruction and false personation charges. A fourth individual in the car cooperated with officers and was released at the scene. The investigation remains ongoing.

In south Tulsa, five juveniles were detained after police recovered stolen firearms during a traffic stop. Officers reported that the teens were apprehended without incident and the firearms were secured. This case is still under investigation.

Elsewhere, officers responded to a string of tire-slashing incidents concentrated in midtown neighborhoods. Leonardo Cordero was arrested and is alleged to have damaged multiple vehicles’ tires. Police stated Cordero appeared to be under the influence of drugs at the time of arrest. The investigation is ongoing and officers are asking anyone with additional information about vehicle vandalism in the area to contact authorities.

Police also participated in community engagement activities during the week to raise awareness about recent scams impersonating official agencies, aiming to inform residents and prevent future fraud attempts.

Arrests for drug-related offenses and possession of paraphernalia were reported across several neighborhoods; all cases are being processed through the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center.

No suspect descriptions are being solicited from the public at this time for any ongoing incidents.

Significant trends observed for the week include an uptick in property crimes such as vehicle theft and vandalism, particularly in midtown and south Tulsa areas. Police urge the public to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity.
