Their mission: to splice prehistoric DNA—recovered from ancient glacial cores—with human genetics to create the next generation of supersoldiers. Faster, stronger, immune to pain... and completely controllable. They failed. The resulting creature, designated Specimen B-7, exceeded expectations—but rejected control. Intelligent, adaptive, and eerily silent, it escaped the lab, vanishing into the sprawling wilderness surrounding the underground facility. To the public, the project never existed.
