Got a cold, and got something sweet for you to behold, it is a gateway opening unto your soul. Be patient and understanding, OK to me, but more to your Self. My cold is on the run, my body is taking command and pressing it out of me. Do the same with the thoughts you take for granted, the beliefs you've assumed all your Life, that now you're not sure of, it's always a good time to be cognizant of what you are doing and why. Doesn't mean you've been right or wrong, just considering and learning through the process of being curious and open.... to the constant change of energetic be-ing, i.e. you and me and everything else, namaste
