Initially, we thought Spirit was guiding us toward creating content about rest and restoration. But as the message persisted, clarity emerged—we weren't supposed to talk about rest; we needed to actually rest by taking a break from the podcast.

This unexpected guidance brought mixed emotions. Despite feeling a surprising grief about pausing our beloved podcast, each of us individually confirmed through our intuition that this was the right path forward. There's a palpable sense that something new awaits us on the other side of this break—perhaps an expansion, a shift, or a growth opportunity we can't yet see. As one host shared, "Sometimes spirit will jump in and give you the message and it's a big old surprise."

What we're experiencing exemplifies true co-creation with Spirit—not blindly following directives but partnering with divine guidance while honoring our own intuitive knowing. Through personal experiences, we've learned that surrendering to these spiritual nudges, even when we don't fully understand them, typically leads to outcomes "ten times better than we could imagine." The resistance we feel is part of the growth process, teaching us to trust that breadcrumbs are leading somewhere meaningful.
