We're excited to introduce our three new hosts - Jeremy, Preston, and Jon (aka The Boys)-PhD students from the Immunology, Stem Cell & Development, and Toxicology programs here at CU AMC. Tune in as they share their journeys into science and how they each found a passion for science communication. With their dynamic chemistry and shared enthusiasm, they come together like a well-tuned orchestra-so sit back, relax, and enjoy some fun and engaging science talk!

👤Guest spotlight:

Jeremy Fleck: Jermey is an Immunology PhD candidate where he research's how to dampen immune responses on command through a molecule secreted by bacteria.

Preston Stafford: Preston is a Stem Cell and Development PhD student where his research focuses on how a unique group of heart-resident immune cells, called tissue-resident macrophages, communicate with other cells to influcence heart development in newborns and its ability to heal after a heart attack.

Jon Woodward: Jon is currently a 3rd year Toxicology PhD candidate where his research focusses on determining mechanisms of PFAS-mediated lipid accumulation in the liver.
