Gemma Davis is broken. The happy and stable world she thought she had has fallen apart. Not only that, EVERYONE in town is talking about the scandal that was her marriage.

Gemma decides to leave everything behind and escapes to Woodpine Bay, a lovely beach town where she plans on hiding out until she can figure out her next steps.

But as Gemma discovers more of Woodpine Bay and its people, she begins to warm up and heal.

She is finally feeling comfortable when, all of a sudden, she sees Tucker with another woman! She can’t believe she has been duped again.
