Acerca de esta escucha

The fourth chapter of the book of Zachariah describes an event that brought completion to the reconstruction of God's temple in Jerusalem. It had been destroyed in the millennium prior to the coming of Christ. The event was the placement of the last stone of the restoration project, it was called a headstone by the prophet. Now we are witnessing another reconstruction project nearing its completion. This time it is not of a physical building, but of a spiritual one. Awaiting the Headstone is a look at the restoration of the Church from the time of Martin Luther to the present. It examines the need for the Church to be prepared like a mature bride at the coming of the Lord as the bridegroom. It examines both the doctrinal restoration as well as the governmental restoration that has been taking place since the year 1517. It looks at the various ministries that are mentioned in scripture and clarifies the nature and ministries of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, bishops, elders, presbyters, and overseers. Much confusion has kept the government of the Church from the effectiveness the design of God intended and was evidenced in the early Church as described in the Book of Acts. Doctrinal confusion is also addressed. A clarity to both is offered in the pages of Awaiting the Headstone.
