She talks about what is anti-aging and breaks it down to the simplest level. "We are only as young as our cells are". Then she goes into what we can do to make our cells "more youthful". Mary healed herself from cancer using some of the alternative health procedures she talks about in the interview she had with Tina Willer and has been feeling more and more youthful ever since. In this book "Anti-Aging Therapies Super Foods and More with Mary Hoyer" Mary says: "When we think about Anti-Aging, what does that mean. I think we want to get down to the smallest level of the body… get down to the cells… how young or old are the cells in your body. And this has nothing to do with your chronological age. You can be a child or you could be an octogenarian. I have seen some amazing people well into their 80’s and 90’s that put me to shame in my 40’s. In fact, I have been reversing my age little by little after going through some serious health problems myself. And so it has really led me to discover some of the things that I will share with you in this interview. When we talk about the age of the cell we need to think about basic cell function and what it needs to do. And it comes down to something very simple. We need to get nutrition and fluid into the cells and we need to get waste out. How quickly and efficiently can your cells do that? Various cells in your body have different functions. How well are they utilizing the molecules and the nutrition to perform those functions? Now when we think about the most basic things in life that make us feel good… make us feel healthy… of course: really good nutrition; good diet; sunshine; fresh air; water.
