I love affirmations. They help me stay grounded and more positive. It's no wonder I was drawn to this title as a Christian woman. The narrator does an amazing job and her voice is extremely calming. Also, the background instrumental is the perfect volume. It doesn't come close to overwhelming the narrator. I thoroughly enjoyed this title.
