Matt Russo knows better. Everyone does, but no one knows better than an attorney who routinely works with the fae: you watch what you say, or else you find yourself in the crosshairs of trickster magic.

Fortunately, his best friend and downstairs neighbor—not to mention the man he’s quietly wanted for the past five years—is smart and level-headed. If anyone can help Matt out of this fiasco, it’s Cory Miller.

Except while Cory’s happy to help Matt get rid of the pint-sized magical idiots, the only way they’re leaving is if they succeed in finding someone for Matt to love. Cory will do anything for his friend, but he’s not so sure he can take part in helping Matt find the man of his dreams. Not when he’s wished all this time that he could fill that particular role.

But maybe this magical disaster is exactly what Matt and Cory need to realize their secret attraction is mutual.

This little story is amazing! It's hilarious and it's so much fun! Matt and Corey are adorable. I had to buy the ebook and the audiobook so I could read and listen at the same time. Michael Ferraiuolo's voice acting is superior. I love this so much! ❤️

It was good fun. Lighthearted romance. Not too deep. It brought up the fae contract a few times and I thought it might get a few plot twists or go down a bit of a deeper storyline. But it stayed light and simple. If that’s what you’re looking for, this is a good one for you!

L.A. Witt wields the art of miscommunication between two friends with a humorous but relentless pen. Add a shoulder of Devil advice arguing with a shoulder of Angel advice and the resulting amusement is delightful!
Great narration by the likewise delightful and talented Michael Ferraiuolo.

So normally I’d never even try something that was only 4hrs, talk about waste of a credit!!!but Michael is no joke my ULTIMATE favorite narrator…god I love that man’s voices!!!! But this was such a super sweet good story with hea and awesome characters, that I went with it and I’m glad I did!! This is a gem of a story, my only complaint is that I WANT MORE!!!! In this world!!!! I loved the world building and by the end of the short story I knew the characters and world and wanted MORE!!!! LA WITT PLEASE MORE!!!!! lol
