Life can be very hectic at times. I have 3 little kids. I love them, but constantly changing diapers, getting snacks, and stopping fights can be draining! This book was a great way to put some calm back into my life. I loved having it on at the end of my day after putting the kids down to bed. The calming voice and sounds helped me relax. This book was also easy to fall asleep to.

I've enjoyed previous soundbath healing sessions I've joined in the past, and this audiobook is perfect for the same. The sounds are very soothing. The author created the sounds for each of the 7 chakras in each of the "chapters" of this audiobook. It is great to use for meditation and even promote a better, more restful sleep.

This book offers four different options for healing each of the seven chakras and they range in duration from 10 minutes to an hour. The flexibility is wonderful if you are trying to fit this into your daily routine and make a habit out of this. I also enjoyed simple introduction which explained the chakras in general. I am very happy with this purchase. I can see myself using it for years.
