A great book for a mental reset
I loved this book! It was a great read for a mental reset for such a stressful year. I will be listening well into 2021 to set some goals, affirmations and practices learned from the book. I honestly wished this book were longer! It's a great book for cardio day at the gym or just to decompress and free up headspace.The narration was very superb professional and quite intoxicating in its own right. I'm looking forward to more work from the writer.

What a beautiful gift!
Thank you Fatimata for this incredible guide. I truly enjoyed every single minute of listening along to your words, story and wisdom. In the busyness of life I often times feel lost and this book has given me a sense of love and purpose and reminded me that there is more to life than what’s on the surface. For someone who has never enjoyed reading I really love how simple you made getting all of the content. The first time I listened to the book I listened to it in one sitting but I love how it is formatted in a way that I could turn it into a daily practice. Thank you for your assistance on my journey to continue searching inward and for sharing all the love.

Spirtually satisfying!
Lovely book that really helps with connecting you with your spiritual side. I think the guide is perfect for those who are getting into spirtuality (like me) as well as those who are more connected already. The information is succinct and easy to understand. The narration is very relaxing and soothing. This is a great daily listen, especially as you begin your day if you want it to start in a positive and uplifting manner. I love listening to this on my commute, often balancing out the harshness that is LA traffic. Highly recommend!

Relatable and Profound
The wisdom in this book is spot on, understandable, and hard hitting. Definitely a book a will listen to again and again for a spiritual tune-up. Fatimata's family story is incredibly inspiring. Growing up in a family of healers, determined to create a community of global citizens. Thank you for being who you are!!

Loved this book!
There are so many gems in this book. I found myself stopping and rewinding often to gather them all up. It is such an inspiring collection of empowering principles. Go put on a warm pair of slippers, brew yourself a nice cup of tea, and enjoy this book!

Love love
I love this book. I bought the actual book and now I’m so happy it has audiobook too! It’s an easy book to read and also easy to listen to. I listened to the audio on the plane and it’s wonderful and beautiful to hear the spiritual principles again! I’ll be sure to apply it in my life ❤️
