Over many years, a hundred writers sat at their desks with the same aim - to write about 300 words that would grab the reader’s attention before telling them the Bible’s wonderful good news of salvation from the penalty of sin and the certainty of new life with God. What they produced were published as ‘tracts’ (leaflets) and printed along with many others in their tens of thousands to be distributed on the street or posted through letter boxes.
