I really enjoyed the genuine connection from beat one between these two (pun intended) and the exploration of a fun soft-suburbia fantasy setting that I'm already eager to explore with the next entry, Sweet Berries.

The variety of fantasy species represented, many of them very true to their contemporary depictions, going about a slice-of-life style world where conflict is much more realistic than fantastical is refreshing. I would like to see a story set in one of this book's coming locations: The Black Sheep coffee shop (if that has yet to be written). The gulf between different species and how they interact with each other provides a deeper, unexplored edge to the world that suggests that not just the good parts of modernity were adapted in this world (and probably should remain unexplored in an explicitly HAE romantasy novella series, but might be interesting in another interpretation or series in this world).

All in all, this is a really strong opening story for this series that bodes well for the following installments. I'm grateful that I heard about this series from Shayne Topp from Smosh of all people. Didn't know he had such strong instincts for monster-human erotica.

This is truly a great podcast. I can't wait to listen to more as it comes out. I have a lot of theoretical knowledge in sports; things like rules, how to play, some rudimentary stats, and player trivia. But this podcast manages to take sports and really contextualize it and put it in a framework where you use sports as a medium to talk about so many other topics. Loved every second, and absolutely agree with Tyler when he says Tom Brady isn't the G.O.A.T. in the NFL (then again, I'm fairly biased because i have been a Colts fan since the prime seasons with players like Addai, Saturday, Vinateri, and Garçon; the latter of whom Tyler mentions he's played against).
Seriously can't recommend this podcast enough. Just pay attention to the correction segments, because nobody is perfect, but they do hold themselves accountable when they can and correct false information.
