Hard to get through.

The poor communication theme dragged on and on and on making the main characters seem stupid. Especially the female. The narrators did a great job with what they had to work with. The first book in the series was great, really funny & entertaining. This one was a major disappointment in comparison. I’m really hoping the next one is more like the first.

Great story - bad narration.

The narrator can’t seem to pronounce simple words properly. Her inflection is fine. But the constant mispronunciation of words ruins the whole thing.

Terrible

I can tolerate a lot when listening to Audio books and not leave a bad review. This has been by far, the worst. I had to turn it off within a few minutes into chapter 2. The heroines Father is supposed to work in a mine in northern Iowa. He quit school at 14 to work in said mine. What century is this book written in? Well, H is going to intern for a social media company. Maybe if her father was born in 1910 this would be believable. Oh, and apparently there is a border between Washington and Idaho. Please... at least do a little research when writing a book. I can’t listen to or read your book if you come off like a fool within the first 15 minutes of the book.
Female narrator was fine. But Alexander Cendese can be hard to listen to without his attempt at a Greek accent.

Great story.

I loved the story. The narrator was great except for the fact that she couldn’t seem to properly pronounce the word buttons. Normally not a big deal, but because one of the characters gets nicknamed buttons, it was really annoying.

Worst of the hero club series so far.

Horrible Narration

Very difficult to listen to. The male narrator sounds like a sixty year old with a pack a day habit. His narration of the sex scenes was actually rather disturbing. After listening to the first two, I skipped over the rest. The female narrator was mediocre at best.
