Over, already!?
Revisado: 04-25-25
I did not realize it was soo, short. I was waiting to get invested in other characters in the story and compare their experience.

Very Cute

This would make a perfect little hallmark holiday movie. Geared towards teens, but can still be enjoyed by adults.

Don't let the voice put you off.
Revisado: 07-01-24
This books sounds as if a "senior" is reading it, which is somewhat hard to relate to when the character is young. However, the voice actress is very talented in how she voiced each character.
If you like One Thousand White Women, you will definitely like this book. Although sad, it has its joyous moments, it feels as if it was a story a grandparent was telling you about their past.

Historia
Naomi Shaw used to believe in magic. Twenty-two years ago, she and her two best friends, Cassidy and Olivia, spent the summer roaming the woods, imagining a world of ceremony and wonder. They called it the Goddess Game. The summer ended suddenly when Naomi was attacked. Miraculously, she survived her seventeen stab wounds and lived to identify the man who had hurt her. The girls’ testimony put away a serial killer, wanted for murdering six women. They were heroes.

Just what I needed.
Revisado: 06-08-23
For me, the characters and story played out exactly how I thought it would. The great thing about this book is even though you know the direction it is headed, you can sympathize with the majority of the lead characters. (or identify with their sentiment).

Didn't want to stop listening.
Revisado: 03-25-23
It was a entertaining story. it would make a good movie. Some of the details of situations were made to function too easily for the characters, but despite this it had me anticipate the next step in the direction the story was going.
