There is a great deal with this book

I really liked it. This is an important quick listen for anyone who wants to improve the effectiveness of there you're going to refer it again and again to make improvements. I'm getting to refer to strategies at least multiple times to incorporate them into my day to day behavior. The author followed a really simple and uncomplicated yet very effective and powerful approach to improve the EQ.

An interesting audiobook, reflection is required.

It was a very helpful audiobook in helping me reflect more on my personal schemas, especially when I had a discussion with my partner and friends about the topic. Very informative and it did help me a lot when it comes to improving how I deal with others and how I approach decision making.
