Secret Thoughts is a medical murder mystery that shows where medical computing is rapidly headed, and the “singularity” is coming soon. Dr. Clark reveals the potential abuses of digital based medical science, and the truth is chilling. I loved the characters, because they are real people swept up in a tangled web full of unexpected twist and turns. Secret Thoughts is full of over the top action and adventure, and a doctor hero who repeatedly finds his way in and out of serious trouble. Secret Thoughts is very nicely narrated and easy to listen to.

Immortal Fear is a chilling who-done-it based on cutting-edge medical science. I’m a genetic research assistant, and Dr. Clark’s fictional genetically modified (GMO) apocalypse is frightening and very possible with current technology. I loved the characters and the many unexpected twists and turns. This is a modern Frankenstein meets CSI and police procedural. It’s complete with gargoyles, mad scientists, and a nationwide chase after disembodied organs. The narrator did a great job, and I couldn’t stop listening. Immortal Fear is an entertaining mystery thriller with an important moral lesson wrapped inside.
