loved it ....no struggle to finish this book and Trevor Noah's narration is pleasant and smooth. A poignant and very humorous story of a single mom raising her bi racial child during a time of apartheid through to manhood. Really enjoyed his mom's strong character and unwavering faith!

A book of importance and a must read. Scott Brick was the perfect narrator. Actually, i could not have imagined a better narrator for this book....the perfect fit.

Best medicine for my hip surgery recovery!

What a lucky choice I made to pick this audible book to listen to during my first week of hip replacement recovery. Kelly Carlin has s great gift for storytelling. She has the touching heart and soul of her talented dad. She takes you through her story and then of a time that was just as much about them as it was about us.....just as George would have done... The talent for inclusion not exclusion. I must say personally for me between the Pope's visit and this book I have shed a lot of tears this week...but of course my hip does hurt like hell!...Thank you Kelly Carlin.
