Historia
Chief Roach's victory over the ferocious Quatro won't last long, it seems. Strange meteorites have fallen to the surface of Eresos, containing mechs - quadruped mechs, clearly designed for the enemy. If the quad mechs fall into the enemy's possession before Roach can get them to the space elevator, humanity will lose the advantage granted by their own MIMAS mechs, and they'll be right back to where they were: outmatched and overpowered by the murderous alien beasts.

Improvement...
Revisado: 01-08-18
Amazing performance by Mark carries the lack luster story... While it is an improvement over book one, still has a long ways to go...

Historia
Chief Roach has merged with an alien mech - but can he control its power? Harnessing alien tech was the only way to counter the power of the quadruped mechs piloted by the Quatro. Except Roach's awesome new weapon is like a sword with no hilt, and it seems to be doing everything it can to fragment his psyche. Roach must lead Oneiri Team across an Eresos engulfed by the fires of war. Their mission is to stop the legions of Quatro from laying waste to what remains of humanity's colonies.

Slow to Start, fair book, great narration.
Revisado: 01-07-18
To many story lines and characters that never flesh out. Good idea, but needs polish and depth maybe the next book will bring it all together. Narration is fantastic and Mark does all he can to hold your attention as the story line rambles in no particular direction without adding depth to the characters. The Series has promise if the writer can get it together we will see in book two. Narration 5 Stars all the way.

Extremely well Read History Book.
Revisado: 12-15-17
While the narrator gives all to bring this book to life only so much can be done with it's endless chattering on and descriptions... Only the narration brings the reader back to the abominable endless story that never reaches a suitable outcome hours of setting the stage for what one can only hope will be a great followup book... If not this will only qualify as it's own form of agonizing torture, truly a waste of hours of your life.

Historia
In the 25th century, humans have conquered space. The advent of faster-than-light travel has opened up hundreds of habitable planets for colonization, and humans have exploited the virtually limitless space and resources for hundreds of years with impunity. So complacent have they become with the overabundance that armed conflict is a thing of the past, and their machines of war are obsolete and decrepit. What would happen if they were suddenly threatened by a terrifying new enemy?

Historia
The Hundred Worlds have withstood invasion by the relentless Hok for decades. The human worlds are strong, but the Hok have the resources of a thousand planets behind them, and their fleets attack in endless waves. The long war has transformed the Hundred Worlds into heavily fortified star systems. Their economies are geared for military output, and they raise specialized soldiers to save our species. Assault Captain Derek Straker is one such man among many.

Very, Slow... Descriptive to the point of Sleep.!
Revisado: 09-24-17
A struggle to finish, not your normal B.V. Larson read... The plot never really gets going, but you will never lack for details as this book is so long winded, with it's long descriptive narratives, repeated details and failure to catch and hold the readers attention... Save this one for when you need sleep, a cheap prescription for falling off... More boring than counting sheep.
