I started walking on my own. Wanted to pick it up a notch. This is just what I needed. You don't feel pushed. I need to start from scratch. I'm 72 years old and never ran before. I don't run real fast.
I'm up to eight mile jog and walk now. Love Jamie's coaching throughout. Want more like this. Yay for Jamie.

Enjoyed the theme immensely. The ending seemed extremely rushed not well thought. Now, I want to ride a riding a mule through the fall leaves in the mountains.
