goofy at first hard to take seriously
Revisado: 12-07-24
ok first off some of the ideas seem kinda goofy....but...
listen to and try some or all of it this is a well presented entertaining but at first look somewhat goofy book give it a chance this is a surprisingly great book these are some functionally dare i say great dares that if you give them a chance will help you become a better person more comfortable in your own skin

Historia
Matt Dahlia was a recent college grad with no direction in his life: his business was dead on arrival and all his friends had left town. He was broke and searching for belonging in a world that didn’t understand him. That is, until he serendipitously met Thomas, who not only felt the same way he did, but had a project in mind: Together, along with two more like-minded strangers, they were going to move into a one-bedroom apartment and film themselves doing 30 things they had never done before in 30 days.

Its a biography about a bromance - bromances
Revisado: 11-21-24
the narrator did a good job it sounds good
however I bought this book thinking i might gain some useful insights on the whole idea of expanding yourself by getting out of your comfort zone
this book is basically a long winded biography which is interesting until you realize it just keeps going repeating the same story with different people over and over
key points from this book chase two rabbits catch none
seek discomfort
and be true to your ideals and keep plugging along
there you go the entire book minus a lot of pointless name dropping
