Too detailed
Revisado: 12-17-23
Amazingly boring. Most time spent on details of a boat, dress, and nonsense. I lost sense of the plot. Nothing exciting. Waste of time.

Not his best book
Revisado: 01-07-21
I found the book a bit complicated, too many catastrophes at one time. Could have used some comic relief.

The narrator monotone and expressionless style only made a below average story way below. This was awful. I have listened to about 150 audibles. This was not even close to the worst.

the narrators and the writing style drove me nuts!
Revisado: 02-11-15
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
a very bored person wit too much time on his hands
Would you ever listen to anything by James Patterson again?
no.he seems to chose poor narrators and the "he said, I said, they said" ruins concentration.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Michael Boatman and Tom Wopat ?
these guys were way too animated and mechanical. Thespians, they are not.
Mc/carty, Rummel, Daniels . Hill, Roberts, Brick
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
the villain was interesting
Any additional comments?
following every quotation was a "he said" or "I said" totally unnessary if a talented narrator was reading.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Transfer of Power?
when the rag head tried to kill the pres.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
His thespian acumen is lacking. it was often read as a child would read and the teacher had to remind them to "read with expression"".
Do you think Transfer of Power needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
i didnt finish it the narrator caused me to lose it
