This is a must read for anyone headed into the fitness and for those that have been in the industry for many years. The story paints a clear picture of what life as a fitness professional is like, what fitness professionals should focus on, and how they should conduct themselves to be successful.
On a not so positive note, the audio is low quality. I have bad hearing and wear hearing aids, which often makes things worse, but it was difficult to listen to.
Also, there’s tons of repetitive rants (which Mr. Plummer admits are rants) that I could have done with out. For example, I agree phones are ruining how we interact with other humans and mentioning it a handful of times would have been sufficient. I didn’t count, but I wouldn’t be surprised if cell phones were mentioned in this book over 1,000 times. Perhaps that emphasizes the importance, but it just got old.

Would've preferred the real book.

I respect Dan Kennedy, but this was a book of him talking about how great he is. If you're interested in the book, Psycho-Cybernetics, then I suggest you buy IT.
