Historia
When Hollywood auctioneer Emsley Wilson finds her famous grandmother's diary while cleaning out her New York brownstone, the pages are full of surprises. The first surprise is, the diary isn't her grandmother's. It belongs to Johanna Bonger, Vincent van Gogh's sister-in-law.

Johanna’s perseverance
Revisado: 01-30-25
I loved learning some of the history of Van Gogh. The book made him come alive and gave me an appreciation of his art. I admired Johanna’s dedication to her husband and his brother. Inspiring!

Historia
Dr. Michael Guillen, a best-selling author, Emmy award-winning journalist and former physics instructor at Harvard, used to be an atheist ― until science changed his mind. Once of the opinion that people of faith are weak, small-minded folks who just don’t understand science, Dr. Guillen ultimately concluded that not only does science itself depend on faith, but faith is actually the mightiest power in the universe.

I love the fact that he teaches that science and faith are not at odds and encourages the reader to seek truth for themselves.
