I was impressed by this simple writing style and the use of examples and on key points. This book teaches us how to gain more confidence by letting go of negative thoughts, accepting life for what it is with all of its ups and downs and taking committed action based on values. The underlying message is take committed action despite how confident you are at first with the understanding that confidence is a result of your actions not a goal you can accomplish or check off your life. A good book for anyone wanting to learn more about Acceptance & self-doubt.

This book starts from the basics of options and goes into critical and complex details than most books yet this is very detailed and concise. This bundled book is filled with charts, graphs and real life examples with strategies to help you grasp the topics and different types of options. Great book for anyone, also to beginners!

The book covers different sections of the brain that are affected by stress, inflictive emotions and how practicing mindfulness and relaxation techniques can help. Awesome parents guide for your kids. This is a great guide for them to teach them on how to be independent even at their early age. This book is a good guide for them as they grow old.
