What did you like best about The Complete Guide to Fasting? What did you like least?

Fasting in all its forms, hourly, daily, weekly or longer fully explained. Somewhat repetitive description, but brings home the point. Dr. Fung's information about curing diabetes very strong message for those with this disease. Jimmy Moore personal input not as helpful. Overall an adequate Fasting guide as a supplement to other books on this important way of life.

What was most disappointing about Jimmy Moore and Dr. Jason Fung ’s story?

Jimmy Moore input unneccessary. Dr. Fung treatment for diabetes good

Did The Complete Guide to Fasting inspire you to do anything?

I am already doing Fast 5:2. Very little devoted to the easiest and most effective part of the Fasting experince.

Vintage John Corey at last

I have been checking Audible for months hoping for Plum Island to be available. Yesterday my prayers were answered and I was happily listening to the original John Corey detective story, the first of five Demille books featuring this entertaining and amazing character, within 10 minutes. Scott Brick is John Corey. Plum Island is engaging and a great listen.

Blown Away

I listened to Lion's Game and was totally engaged in the John Korey protaginist developed by Nelson DeMille and delivered by Scott Brick. I was delighted to find Night Fall as a continuation of Korey's character and Scott Brick at the helm. I literally could not stop listenening to this audio, although I had reserved the pleasure for my daily walks. What a blast! I have lived in New York and thoroughly enjoyed the descriptions of all the locales. As the climax built up to the Trade Center disaster I cried to listen. Nelson DeMille captured a fictional climax in the most realistic tragedy our country has ever endured. It still takes my breath away. A full five stars for this audio book
